brief travel interlude

Just a very quick post. Am exhausted and considering going to bed at the nana time of 9:30 pm. I had some delicious Laos food for tea which I learnt to cook at a cooking school in Luang Prabang, Laos. It's making me long to be back along the Mekong, wandering the back roads amongst the bougainvillea.

  10. Hehe why thank you, the soles have pulled away on my boots today, dammit! I hoped they'd last another winter. I will miss hoping to see you since I wont be on the Terrace any more (and I really liked the red jacket you had on the other day ;-)! And argh, you've just added yet another travel destination to my cannot-live-without-seeing list!

  14. Now that you've mentioned it, my hair does seem darker in those photos. It must have been the lighting. I did dye it a few weeks ago, but it has definitely faded a bit since then.
