Today I went to a 40 perfect off sale at Country Road. Dishelleved racks of clothing, frazzled ladies, queues everywhere. The changing room line was so long that I hijacked the half-empty men's changing rooms. Stroke of genius. Despite the fact I wanted every single one of the eight things I tried on, I imagined myself in two weeks time in H&M/Zara/Top Shop in Hong Kong or the Philippines dying with frustration at the limited funds I had. And promptly walked out of the shop with nothing. Yes to budget mastery. No to instant gratification!

ReplyDeleteI especially love that printed dress!
*thank you for your kind words! the internet makes me friends!
well done you for not buying anything!
ReplyDeleteYou can resist instant gratification because you're not American. It's built into my DNA... I think.
ReplyDeletePurple is your color.
Wrangler is offensive. They should go back to pretending that "Fortunate Son" by CCR is patriotic. And cowboys. Ooh, cowboys.
It's St. Patrick's Day. I did not drink green beer. Emphasis on GREEN.
congratulations! it must be hard not buying anything. I hope you're sleeping like a baby still. hihi.
ReplyDeleteanyway you always look so pretty on your outfits. i just love how you accessorize.
oh, when are you going to Philippines? I wish you a very relaxing vacation here.
and your fruit question? : hihi. i still eat fish and chicken. definitely no pork and beef. since i was a baby am not fond of meat. Like today, on our breakfast we just had chicken inasal and buttered asparagus and grilled salmon. Yuuuum. But right now am munching on 4 oranges already. And for the rest of the day ill eat, like hourly, but mainly on fruits. It's weird, and i really don't know why. It's not a diet thing though. I guess i need to see a doctor. hihi.
thanks for asking, <3. have a great day!
Cute dresses, and accessories too!
