Of course I wore red! I love a good theme. My family and I celebrate Christmas in the Spanish/Filipino tradition of "la noche buena" (the Good Night). It's celebrated late at night on Christmas Eve with a huge feast and after midnight, the presents are opened. Despite this Spanish tradition, my mother's tree was very Danish-design - a big custom-made (!) twig stuck in a glass vase. See below. And be astounded! It was a large crowd this Christmas which meant things got very raucous. Then on Christmas day proper, I was at the Patient Photographer's having a very NZ Christmas tradition of a barbeque. And 2 minute noodles for dinner. Because that's all I could stomach by that time. I hope you all had a gorgeous and fun Christmas! And to those that don't celebrate or generally don't look forward to this holiday - it's over for another year!
